Behind YouBeyond365

Behind YouBeyond365 is a 25-year-old woman and soon-to-be certified fitness trainer who chose to change her life during the pandemic, without stepping into a gym.

My journey began after years of starting over, stopping, and starting again.
Like many women, I didn’t truly understand how the human body, especially the female body, actually works. I believed that results required extremes: eating less, pushing harder, and ignoring my mind and my needs.

I tried restrictive diets, short-term challenges, and “quick fixes” that promised transformation in 7 or 30 days, only to leave me right back where I started.
My relationship with food became distorted, swinging between control and binge eating, guilt acompensation, andon, even skipping meals to “fix” the damage.

Over time, I learned something different.

Losing weight at home, without extreme methods, burnout, or starvation, is possible.

Building your dream body doesn’t mean fighting it; it means working with it.

Today, my approach is rooted in balance, sustainability, and respect for both body and mind.
I help women understand their bodies, train intelligently, nourish themselves without fear, and achieve results that last, not for 30 days, but for life.

I decided to stop fighting my body. Instead of punishing myself with restriction or overtraining, I learned how to work with my body, understanding its needs, respecting recovery, and creating habits that supported both my health and my life. 

Because real transformation isn’t about suffering.
It’s about consistency, awareness, and becoming the strongest version of yourself, inside and out.
